COVID-19 OFFICE PROCEDURES

THE FOLLOWING SAFETY MEASURES ARE BEING TAKEN TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR CLIENTS DURING EACH JOBS:

  • Conference room and high touched areas, tables and chairs are cleaned with multi purpose cleaner and sanitized with alcohol and sprayed with Microban 99 % germ free.
  • Floors are vacuumed and mopped and sprayed, same as above. 
  • Bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized.
  • Social distancing measures are in effect, seating is spaced 6 feet apart. Clients can be seated further than 6 feet per attendee’s request.
  • All participants are to wear masks during the proceedings.
  • Frequent washing of hands.
  • Gloves provided. 
  • We can provide laptop to view electronic exhibits if needed. 
  • Sanitizer provided in lobby and conference room areas.
  • Anyone who is ill at the scheduled time must reschedule.
  • Reporter has own working station. 
  • If there is any other safety precautions are required, please do not hesitate to contact us.  We will accommodate the needs of all attendees.
